Updated: May 12, 2022

Who doesn't love brownies ?

We do and we love eating them guilt free. And that's how you describe this easy Beetroot Powder Brownie!!

These are moist and a perfect balance of sweet and salty but definitely delicious.

Finding raw fresh beetroots throughout the year is tough, isn't it? However, you can always use Beetroot extract powder instead. They are convenient and provide the same benefits.

Let's make it super easy dessert!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk (or nut milk)

  • 1 cup or 200gm Beetroot Powder ( We used Beetroot Powder from Incept Foods)

  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter

  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder

  • 1/8 tbsp Salt

  • 2/3 cup Sugar

  • 1/2 cup Flour

  • 2 medium sized Eggs

  • 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder

  • 1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts

  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Sugar

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  2. Use a bit of butter and grease your baking pan.

  3. Sift all the dry ingredients including flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, salt, sugar, and cocoa powder in a medium bowl.

  4. Add melted butter, beaten eggs and Beetroot powder.

  5. Once you have a smooth brownie mixture, pour it into your skillet.

  6. Now, sprinkle the Chopped Walnuts on top of the prepared mixture.

  7. Place the mixture in the oven for thirty-five to forty minutes until it's not wet inside.

  8. Set aside to cool and serve.

Notes-

1. If you are using salted butter, then you can avoid salt.

2. Do not forget to sift the dry ingredients.

3. If you don't like Walnuts, replace it with hazelnuts, pecan or almonds.
