3 Step Healthy Beet Latte Recipe

Planning a perfect coffee date or an office run and want something different? Well don’t worry! This super easy and healthy beetroot latte recipe is vegan and dairy free. The beauty with these dreamy beetroot lattes is that they are caffeine free!!


Our star ingredient beetroot powder doesn’t contain any caffeine.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp Beetroot Powder (we used beetroot powder from Incept Foods)

  • ½ unsweetened Coconut Milk

  • ¾ Almond Milk

  • 3 tbsp Maple Syrup

  • ½ tbsp Vanilla Extract

  • 2 tbsp Warm Water


How to make:


  1. Add Beetroot Powder, Vanilla Extract and warm water in a small saucepan and whisk to combine. Once the above mixture is combined, add the coconut milk and 1/4th cup of almond milk.

2. Now, bring the saucepan over medium heat and warm the beet milk for about two to three minutes until hot. Pour into a mug and keep it aside. Finally, for frothing, add the remaining Almond milk in a milk froth to create foamed milk.


3. Now assemble the drink and add the frothed almond milk to the coffee mug on top of the hot beet coconut milk and serve


 

Note: We know how some of us hate the earthy taste of beetroots but there is always an option to make the beetroot powder taste better.
